About The Position

This role focuses on inspiring customers to express themselves in their homes by bringing the brand to life and making it easy for them to discover products that suit their entertaining style. The Lead Sales (Key Holder) will drive sales by fostering connections and building lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
  • 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in home-related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred (specialty retail preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing their home.
  • Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines, register functions, and back office procedures.
  • Provide supervision to ensure the store is meeting financial goals and associates are providing World-Class service to guests.
  • Ensure the store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards during manage-on-duty shifts.
  • Effectively perform the Selling Captain role, serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service by prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with the People First Philosophy.
