Omnissa is seeking a Lead Sales Commissions Analyst to support the governance, execution, and analytics of its global sales commission programs. This role will serve as the system owner for Varicent (or similar ICM platforms), ensuring incentive plans are operationalized accurately, scalable, auditable, and aligned with business and go‑to‑market objectives. In addition to operational excellence, this role will own commission reporting and analytics, delivering regular insights into commission payments, expense trends, plan effectiveness, and sales performance for senior leadership.
