About The Position

Elite Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is seeking energetic, customer-focused Lead Sales Associates who enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and helping customers find suitable wireless solutions. This role combines customer service and sales with store leadership and operational support in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment. Associates learn about customer needs, recommend phones, accessories, and service plans, demonstrate wireless technology, assist with device setup, and build relationships that encourage repeat business. Lead Sales Associates also open and close the store, support teammates, assist with daily operations and merchandising, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. Paid training is provided, and the role offers opportunities for advancement and future leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Open and close the store.
