About The Position

Elite Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is seeking energetic, customer-focused Lead Sales Associates to help customers find wireless solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment. The role combines customer service and sales with store leadership and operational support. Associates welcome customers, identify their needs, recommend phones, accessories, and service plans, demonstrate technology, assist with device setup, and work toward sales goals. Lead Sales Associates also open and close the store, support teammates, assist with daily operations and merchandising, and help maintain a clean, organized, secure, and welcoming store. Paid training is provided, and the position offers opportunities for advancement and future leadership growth.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and customer experience.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead by example and support teammates.
• Assist with daily operations, merchandising, operational tasks, and special projects.
• Help ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming.
