About The Position

Stretch Zone Palm Coast is seeking a Lead Sales Associate, a full-time leadership role with significant earning potential. This individual will be responsible for driving membership growth, developing a high-performing team, and elevating the studio's performance. The ideal candidate is a motivated closer who is energized by identifying and closing performance gaps.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record with demonstrated closing ability.
  • Leadership experience, including managing or mentoring a team.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to set and achieve new goals.
  • Customer-first attitude.
  • Data fluency, including comfort with running reports and acting on data.
  • Ability to open and close the studio.
  • Ability to greet members and guests.
  • Ability to coach team members in real time.
  • Ability to ensure an exceptional experience for every person who walks through the door.

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales, acting as the primary closer for all guests.
  • Lead and develop the sales team through daily coaching, accountability, and modeling desired behaviors.
  • Retain members by following up, connecting with them, and ensuring continued engagement.
  • Own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by running reports, understanding data, and taking action.
  • Deliver exceptional, five-star service to every member and guest.
  • Manage daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures, to a high standard.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new Sales Associates.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready for members.
  • Review daily appointments and goals with the team, fostering a positive and focused environment.
  • Track KPIs, identify opportunities, and follow up on leads.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Celebrate team wins and set higher goals.
  • Act as a dependable leader, keeping the studio running smoothly, especially when the Studio Manager is off-site.
