Requirements

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in order to lead, persuade, negotiate, define business and technical parameters, and lead technical teams.
  • System owner of CRM software applications and knowledge of the mortgage lending/servicing industry.
  • Expert diagnostic and analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Project management responsibilities for implementing broad and complex business processes.
  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish own work and analyst's work.
  • Superior knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures of the business.
  • Generally requires BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years experience in the field or related area

Responsibilities

  • Gather, maintain and manage a centralized repository of the companies product company account information and interact with product companies and Client Relations business line direction to ensure account knowledge base is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide analysis of the account/sales/opportunity data gathered.
  • Recommend process improvements to improve the flow of account information across the company.
  • Serve as information system data manager and power user and provide direction and recommendations company-wide with regards to usage, processes and enhancements.
  • Oversee the gathering of client and revenue information.
  • Oversee and ensures proper mapping of accounts within the system and review revenue output files with product companies to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee, gather and maintain contract information with accounts.
  • Develop and implement a periodic process to review pipeline and forecast information with product companies and Client Relations account directions and Business Line Directors to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage process to gather and analyze account profiles and marketplace information.
  • Acts as a resource and determination on inquiries from Analyst.
  • Oversee reporting with each product company, Division Director, and Division CFO for new sales generated internally or by other sales groups to ensure we have a complete understanding of new revenue generated by product and product line.
  • Consult with leadership and Business Line Directors to compare sales forecasts and business plans with product company goals and strategies to ensure they are aligned.
  • Define, develop, interpret and recommend process and data improvements for revenue, account and pipeline information.
  • Independently design new complex executive account views and reports
  • Oversee user processes and recommend process improvements and enhancements to meet user requirements.
  • Serve as power user for system, providing training and guidance for users throughout First American.
  • Review recommendations from Analysts to determine feasibility.
  • Create reports; research, analyze, and integrate data to identify and track trends.
