Statewide Roofing, a leading commercial roofing contractor, is expanding into Sacramento and is looking for an experienced Lead Roof Repair Technician to join its growing team. Requirements
- 3–5 years of roofing experience (commercial roofing a plus!)
- Strong working knowledge of roofing systems and tools
- Comfort with technology (especially tablets) to document job progress
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable record
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
- Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, OSHA-10, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform emergency roof repairs and routine maintenance
- Use our custom tablet platform to document inspections, repairs, and recommendations
- Communicate professionally with customers and tenants
- Provide on-site leadership and guidance to fellow technicians
- Perform hands-on repair and cleaning for various roofing types: built-up, single-ply, tile, composition shingles, and more
- Assist with general labor and yard duties as needed
