About The Position
The Aerospace EDS team designs and delivers high-reliability RF and electromagnetic systems that protect aircraft, pilots, and critical missions across defense, space, and national security platforms. We are seeking a Lead RF Systems Engineer to serve as a technical authority and systems leader for complex RF and Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions. This role is ideal for a senior RF engineer who has grown into systems-level leadership and wants to own architecture, trade studies, and technical direction while remaining hands-on in analysis, integration, and test. You will influence system architecture, roadmap direction, and R&D initiatives, working across multiple programs rather than being tied to a single platform.
Requirements
- Senior RF engineer with systems-level leadership experience.
