About The Position

As a Lead Retail Team Member, you’ll help keep our adventure going. You’ll take the lead on the floor, support key store operations, and step up when your team needs you most, whether that’s covering a busy rush or jumping in on a critical shift. Your energy and dependability keep the store running at its best, and every customer’s experience is great. You’ll help set the tone for the store by leading with great customer service, supporting your teammates, and stepping up when the team needs you most. It’s a chance to build leadership experience while helping create a great experience for every customer.

Requirements

Flexibility, including potentially working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Food Handler Permit, if required by the applicable store, county, or jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

Champion GET: Model and reinforce Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations, providing prompt, friendly, and professional service and helping Team Members consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Leadership & Team Support: Be a leader and team player as you help support team members, customers, and help on the floor.
Support Daily Store Operations: Keep customers coming back by keeping the store stocked, organized, and ready to go while managing inventory, handling cash, completing shift checkout, and staying on top of required reporting.
