As a Team Lead, you serve as a culture carrier, performance driver, and wellness ambassador for your store. This is a leadership role designed for individuals who thrive in high-touch retail environments, enjoy coaching both customers and teammates, and are motivated by measurable results. This role blends sales leadership, wellness coaching, and operational ownership to create a best-in-class customer experience. This is not a traditional food service role. Our Team Leads serve as wellness consultants, retail leaders, and community brand ambassadors.

Requirements

  • 1+ year leadership experience in performance-driven retail, boutique fitness, hospitality, or wellness environments preferred
  • Proven ability to influence sales and customer retention metrics
  • Strong relationship-building and coaching skills
  • High energy with a natural ability to connect and inspire others
  • Interest in nutrition, fitness, or wellness lifestyle strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven, feedback-focused culture
  • Reliable and flexible availability, including Sundays and Mondays
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as part of inventory responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth, retention, and ticket averages
  • Support store KPIs including labor, product mix, and customer experience metrics
  • Model and coach high-level service standards
  • Provide personalized nutrition guidance and product education
  • Create engaging, educational in-store experiences
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members
  • Provide performance feedback and growth plans
  • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, merchandising, and daily execution
  • Maintain brand standards and store presentation
