The Lead Retail Team Member role offers starting pay of $20.98/hr. - $22.98/hr. with both career and growth opportunities. This role requires flexibility, including potentially working on nights, weekends, and holidays, as our stores operate 24/7. As a Lead Retail Team Member, you will be a leader and team player, conducting orientation and training for new team members, completing inventory reports, and running the register when needed. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and cooking Maverik Bonfire food items according to recipes, and maintaining enticing food displays.

Able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

Responsibilities

Conduct orientation and training to team members
