Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales in a supervisory position – at least 1 year.
• Previous experience with product service support or technology repair with inventory management skills – at least 6 months.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• Motivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goals.
• Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred not required).

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing all electronic devices, ensuring best in class quality in every fix.
• Guiding your team to use product knowledge and sales tactics that embody our Serve, Solve, Sell™ philosophy in every interaction.
• Balancing different front and back of house responsibilities.
• Supervising, training and coaching tech experts, standing in as store manager when needed, and driving team success with enthusiasm.
• Overseeing service-level agreements for repair turnaround times and ensuring all work orders are addressed by the end of each day.
• Managing inventory, overseeing buybacks and return authorizations, and ensuring safety standards are met with the proper use of PPE supplies.
