Lead Retail Associate
About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Retail Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations. Assist with stocking merchandise, handling transactions, and most importantly, making all guests feel welcome with a smile and warm greeting upon entering the store. As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment preferred
- Flexible schedule that could include Weekends and Holidays
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others
Responsibilities
- Greet each guest with a friendly, warm welcome.
- Motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent guest service
- Monitor product displays, inventory levels, and merchandising standards to maximize sales and opportunities
- Offer product knowledge to ensure sales are completed.
- Be passionate about all Kalahari Goals and initiatives.
- Contribute to positive team relations through effective communications, teamwork and partnerships with co-workers and management team.
