Fraser Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Lead, Resilience & Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). In this key leadership role, you will drive the strategic direction, design, and implementation of resiliency programs and CISM response services across the organization. You will play a vital role in supporting the psychological health, safety, and resilience of our people—ensuring staff and leaders are equipped to respond to and recover from critical incidents. Reporting to the Leader, Culture Transformation, the Lead, Resilience and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), provides organizational leadership for resiliency, personal and team renewal and trauma response for providers; provides oversight for the people and organization development processes concerning health and wellness of staff and trauma and critical incidence responses. The Lead is responsible for the organizational strategy, planning, implementation and evaluation of an authority wide resiliency and CISM program.
