About The Position
The Lead Residential Advisor delivers community support services to the women and children in the Horizons Residential Programs. This role has additional duties with a higher level of responsibility. The Lead Residential Advisor will work closely with the Program Manager to recruit, train, monitor, and direct a team of paraprofessional 24/7 front-line staff to provide residential services to the families served by the program.
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage staff.
- Experience providing community support services.
- Understanding of residential programs for women and children.
Responsibilities
