About The Position

The Lead Repair Technician performs repairs to client swimming pools and facilities as directed by the Company. The role includes advanced plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs, inspecting systems and equipment, consulting repair resources, conducting preventive maintenance, and maintaining an inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in a related field is preferred. The work involves prolonged standing and walking, climbing ladders, bending, crawling into awkward spaces, and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, and swimming pool repair.
• Ability to read repair manuals.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a related field preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
• Ability to carry 50 pounds at a time.
