Requirements

  • High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or comparable completed educational certification.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments throughout an organization.
  • At least five years’ experience as a DMV clerk at a dealership, credit union or may have obtained their experience as a previous DMV employee or registration service

Responsibilities

  • Monitor your direct reporters
  • Performance
  • Maintaining minimum audit numbers with KPI and monthly sheet Audit Manager created
  • Ensure SLA is being met on tickets
  • Notify audit manager with concerns
  • Perform verbal warnings if needed
  • Perform regular check-ins
  • Approve/deny time off request
  • Ensure approved time off is added to the Audit Time Off Calendar
  • Make time card corrections and approve time cards
  • Monitor your team’s slack channel for questions and provide answers
  • If unsure of the answer, reach out in the lead slack channel for assistance
  • Make sure you are asking up the chain and not below for question assistance
  • Monitor the lead slack channel and DTO channel to answer questions from AE’s or NTX Customer Support
  • Assign staff transactions appropriately when required.
  • Assist Audit Manager with interviews when hiring new auditors
  • Assist Audit Manager in training new auditors assigned to your group
  • Assist with the monthly audit meeting
  • Record talking points
  • Run meetings when audit manager is unavailable
  • Work with other leads to mass approve transactions for applicable customers.
  • Work with Audit Manager and NTX Account Executives for customer follow ups/possible retraining of customers if continual mistakes are happening
  • Assist Audit manager with keeping training documents updated
  • If you see something that needs updating let the audit manager know
  • Audit transactions assigned to you or perform QA if applicable.
  • Work with Audit Manager to ensure document issue found messages are being sent following Vitu customer service.
  • Work with the Audit Manager to reach out to 3rd party vendors (i.e Yassi) or different state DMV to ensure proper procedure.
  • If the Audit Manager is out follow standard operating procedures, if issues arise, if that does not correct the issue, reach out to NTX Operation Manager.
