Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience
- Active Texas RDA registration
- Experience in a lead assistant role
- Strong chairside skills across general dentistry, prosthodontics, and surgical procedures
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical flow: room turnover, sterilization, supplies, lab cases, and keeping the doctor on schedule
- Training and holding other assistants accountable
