About The Position

Primary Responsibility is managing two classrooms at the center. Supervise staff who work one-on-one with extensive data collection of the client’s progress. Lead RBT will be trained in trauma-informed care and will work to help provide services in an environment that is sensitive and responsive which will prevent victimization, abuse, or trauma as a result of the care received. Lead RBT reports to the Day Treatment Supervisor and works closely with BCBAs.

Requirements

  • A graduate from an accredited four (4) year college or university, or four (4) years’ experience delivering ABA services for individuals with autism and currently enrolled in college coursework.
  • Active certification with the BACB as an RBT highly preferred. If not, must obtain within first 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client and staff schedules for two center classrooms and 8 RBTS.
  • Assuring classrooms are organized and have necessary treatment stimuli for program implementation.
  • Assisting BCBA with managing treatment programs for 16 clients including quality assurance for data collection and goal implementation.
  • Performing and overseeing RBTS to provide intensive interventions with children with autism within the methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Receiving weekly or bi-monthly supervision.
  • Collecting and maintaining data.
  • Assisting with report writing as required.
  • Teaching and coaching of family members, caregivers, etc. as assigned.
  • Completing and overseeing billing forms/documentation as required for two classrooms.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.
