This role provides support in accordance with individualized service and behavior support plans for individuals with moderate to complex needs. The Lead RBT/LPT implements plans of protective oversight and Individual Behavior Support Plans (IBSPs)/ Individualized Program Plans (IPPs) in a therapeutic environment. The position involves demonstrating professionalism and direct care responsibilities of a DSP/RBT with a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. The Lead RBT/LPT will consult with program leadership and clinical staff to ensure quality care, assist the Program Administrator with daily oversight of staff and operations, and ensure compliance with regulations and agency policies. This role also involves ensuring staff engagement with individuals, assisting with scheduling, conducting shift meetings, monitoring staff training completion, and performing daily documentation checks. The Lead RBT/LPT will also serve as Facility Manager, responsible for drills, physical plant checks, and maintenance requests. Additional duties include managing financial ledgers, inventory, medication counts, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. The position requires maintaining RBT or LPT certification and completing all necessary trainings.
