We are seeking a highly driven and confident Lead Recruiter to join our team in Albany, New York , or Blue Bell, Pennsylvania . This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys building strong relationships, and can effectively navigate complex stakeholder dynamics. As a senior member of the team, you will not only own full-cycle recruitment but also serve as a trusted advisor, mentor to others, and key contributor to shaping recruiting strategies and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
10+ years of full life cycle recruitment, managing the end-to-end process.
3+ years of experience recruiting in the data center or advanced technology industry.
Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, internet search tools such as LI Recruiter, and social networking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and pivot quickly in response to evolving hiring needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience using iCIMS or Oracle ATS is a plus.
Prior experience working in a staffing agency.
Ability to thrive in an environment that is still evolving, with opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic recruitment leader, driving talent acquisition initiatives and identifying solutions that continuously improve the quality of talent entering the organization.
Partner closely with division leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define hiring requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize data, analytics, and market insights to inform hiring decisions and effectively communicate talent trends and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to proactively identify, attract, and engage high-quality talent.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates utilizing various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means.
Guide managers throughout the hiring process from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
