Avante is seeking its first in-house recruiter to manage the company's active hiring stretch over the next twelve months. This role will be responsible for setting the hiring standard for all future hires and will run key searches across engineering, GTM, operations, and customer-facing roles. The position requires end-to-end ownership of the recruiting machine, including defining hiring standards, managing external recruiting partners, experimenting with sourcing channels, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The role also involves utilizing and providing feedback on Avante's AI agent platform to optimize the hiring process. This is a senior operator role, emphasizing program management, cultural fit assessment, and data-driven recruiting.
