About The Position

Uniti Real Estate is building the execution layer for the world's largest asset class, valued at $393 trillion globally. This involves creating AI agents for front- and back-office workflows across various communication channels to streamline tasks in leasing, maintenance, collections, accounting, marketing, and HR. The goal is to enable work to be done faster, around the clock, allowing human teams to focus on more critical aspects of their jobs. This role will be instrumental in building and managing the recruiting function to support this mission.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or venture-backed company.
  • Experience recruiting GTM roles (AEs, SDRs, Marketing) and/or technical roles (engineers, PMs).
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • Strong sourcing skills — ability to find and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for open roles across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Source, screen, and pipeline candidates across all channels, including inbound, outbound, referrals, and agencies.
  • Conduct structured interviews and coordinate hiring processes from initial contact to offer.
  • Move quickly without sacrificing quality and maintain a high candidate-to-hire conversion rate.
  • Build and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting workflows.
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Develop and refine job descriptions, interview scorecards, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and sourcing vendors.
  • Represent Uniti AI with passion and authenticity to prospective candidates.
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and communicate Uniti AI's employer value proposition.
  • Help build and promote the team culture externally through events, content, and networks.
