The Lead Real Estate Specialist serves as a subject-matter expert and strategic advisor on complex, high-value transactions that shape Stanford Medicine's real estate portfolio. The role leads negotiations, drives market and portfolio intelligence, influences strategic decision-making, and ensures enterprise-wide governance and compliance across multiple entities. The Real Estate, Transportation & Strategy business unit oversees the strategic management of real estate, transportation services, exterior management, and facilities business and strategic initiatives at Stanford Health Care. By managing a diverse real estate portfolio and providing essential transportation solutions, they enhance operational efficiency and support the organization's mission through effective budgeting and strategic initiatives. Real Estate & Transactions manages the real estate strategy and portfolio for Stanford Health Care. This team negotiates real estate deals, oversees property leases, and ensures compliance with legal requirements, supporting the organization’s growth and operational needs.
