About The Position

Thrive Autism Services is a specialty agency for children with autism spectrum disorder, offering both in-clinic and in-home services. They cater to clients with behavior, cognitive, and developmental needs, ranging from 18 months to adulthood. Requirements

Active RBT certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and support team members.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical best practices.
Reliable, organized, and flexible in a fast-paced clinical environment.
IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of RBT experience preferred.
Leadership, training, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA services and maintain an assigned client caseload.
Implement treatment plans under the direction of the supervising BCBA.
Train, mentor, and support new and existing BTs/RBTs, including shadow sessions and session note reviews.
Provide behavioral support and guidance to BTs/RBTs during client sessions.
Ensure staff follow expectations for session notes, data collection, and treatment implementation.
Assist with scheduling and provide session coverage as needed.
Support the Clinical Director and Clinic Manager with daily clinic operations.
Assist with client materials and weekly curriculum as directed.
Participate in team and professional meetings as needed.
Assist with opening and/or closing the clinic.
