About The Position

Lanai Air is a critical component to the delivery of “high quality-high touch” consistent service experience to every guest traveling, responsible for providing a seamless “point to point” delivery between the Hawaiian Islands. The Lead Ramp Service Agent is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all ground service handling, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations & standards of Lanai Air. The safety of guests and assets is of utmost importance, and the Lead Ramp Service Agent will ensure established procedures & safety precautions are consistently practiced in all Ramp Service functions. This role involves coordination with the Lānai Air Ramp Operations Manager, System Operation & Reservation Coordinators, Guest Service Agents, and the Western Aircraft crew & maintenance team members on a regular basis, emphasizing communication for a smooth and safe operation. Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day supervision of all ground service handling
  • Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations & standards of Lanai Air
  • Ensuring established procedures & safety precautions are consistently practiced in all Ramp Service functions
  • Coordinate with the Lānai Air Ramp Operations Manager, System Operation & Reservation Coordinators, and Guest Service Agents
  • Coordinate with the Western Aircraft crew & maintenance team members on a regular basis
  • Conduct individual and business affairs in highest ethical and legal fashion
  • Establish and contribute to a supportive, creative, enthusiastic, and cooperative working environment for all
  • Build strong communication links with supervisors, peers, and employees
