The Lead Ramp Agent provides day-to-day‑ direction, guidance, and support to Ramp Agents to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality operation. This role serves as a working leader, performing all standard Ramp Agent duties while coaching team members and modeling exceptional performance. This role is responsible for coordinating and balancing resources, coaching employees, and ensuring operational tasks are completed in compliance with customer instructions, safety standards and plays a key role in supporting an on time, safety focused aircraft turn while fostering teamwork and upholding service excellence.
