About The Position

This role involves leading or coordinating shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates. The Lead Radiation Therapist will serve as a technical or functional resource, performing similar duties with staff. Responsibilities include assigning, monitoring, and reviewing work progress, as well as monitoring and reporting compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves overseeing and evaluating the orientation and training of assigned associates, with potential input into staff performance reviews.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiation Therapy credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Radiation Therapist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

Three years of clinical radiation therapy experience.
Prior lead or supervisory experience.
