Requirements

3 years experience as Quality Assurance and Test Engineer.
Expertise in defining test strategies, delivery models, and implementing automation to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Proficient in collaboration with COEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence for effective execution.
Extensive experience in project and test management, consistently delivering complex, high-quality initiatives with strong governance and execution discipline.
Proven expertise across QSR, Retail, and Digital domains, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly integrated environments.
Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, enabling iterative delivery, continuous feedback, and improved team performance.
Demonstrated leadership with a focus on strategic planning, urgency, and effective problem-solving to drive outcomes.
Skilled in managing multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing competing demands while maintaining quality and timelines.
