Lead Quality Engineer
About The Position
As a Lead Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence and continuous improvement within our Industrial Automation operations. You will lead quality initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our GM Rotational Program Director and you’ll work out of our Columbus, Ohio location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact product quality, operational efficiency, and customer trust by implementing robust quality systems and leading problem-solving efforts that enhance product performance and compliance.
