Our client is a major Nordic financial institution supporting tens of thousands of end-users in a complex enterprise environment. We are seeking an Experienced Python Developer to lead technical delivery within the Partnership Domain Exit Program. This role involves providing architectural guidance and hands-on development using Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and data integration components. The successful candidate will act as a senior technical advisor, identifying risks, dependencies, and simplification opportunities during migration activities, working with minimal supervision within an international team.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Python development.
Advanced SQL and database knowledge.
Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms.
ETL/ELT and data integration experience.
Familiarity with DevOps, automation, and CI/CD practices.
The ability to work as a senior engineer, driving technical solutions with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of technical solutions within the Partnership Domain Exit Program.
Provide architectural guidance and hands-on development across Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and data integration components.
Act as a senior technical advisor, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for simplification during migration activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across a large international IT organization.
Support ETL/ELT and data integration work as part of migration activities.
Apply DevOps, automation, and CI/CD best practices throughout development.
