About The Position
Administers and scores psychological test batteries to evaluate cognitive, neuropsychological, academic, behavioral, and emotional status in order to assist the Neuropsychologists in evaluation and treatment decisions. Leads and supports the Psychometrist employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, education, or related field
- 2 years of experience administering standardized neuropsychological, psychological, or educational tests.
- Proficient in basic software applications including MS Word and Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree in psychology, education, or related field.
- Bilingual.
Responsibilities
- Provides ongoing supervision and support to other Psychometrists.
- Assists with maintaining computer programs related to Neuropsychological testing.
- Assists with other clerical duties as needed related to Neuropsychological testing.
- Participates in regular supervisory meetings with the Neuropsychologists.
- Records behavioral observations of the patient during the testing session.
- Administers neuropsychological testing in a standardized manner.
- Scores tests administered by Psychometrist or Neuropsychologist.
