About The Position

Join our team at SOL Mental Health! We’re redefining what’s possible in mental health care—starting with you. At SOL, you’re part of a collaborative, clinician-centered team with the structure, support, and tools to do your best work. This hybrid role includes ~10–16 hours/week of patient care, with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs. You’ll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market.

Requirements

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Colorado
• Active DEA license in Colorado
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Prior clinical leadership or supervision experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Strong performance management and data-driven mindset
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care (in-person + telehealth)
• Supervise and coach psychiatric clinicians
• Drive performance (quality, utilization, patient outcomes)
• Lead onboarding, chart reviews, and performance management
• Partner with therapy leadership to support integrated care
• Implement clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
