Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • Certification is required in some areas

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for acquisition and retention offer initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and business outcomes
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Finance, Tech Dev, CX, and Market organizations
  • Establish program structure, governance, milestones, and reporting to enable consistent delivery
  • Partner with Pricing & Market Development leaders to enable: Acquisition offer strategy & development (WLS, AIA, Converged), Retention offer strategy & lifecycle management, Local pricing strategy, and market-specific offer optimization
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and implementation plans
  • Support development and validation of business cases for new offers and pricing strategies
  • Align initiatives with capital planning, marketing budget development, and financial targets
  • Ensure trade-offs are clearly articulated and aligned with leadership
  • Serve as a single point of coordination across senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment across: Local forecasting and scenario planning teams, Go-to-market and competitive response teams, and Market intelligence and analytics partners
  • Deliver clear, concise executive updates on program status, risks, and decisions required
  • Ensure adherence to offer governance processes, approvals, and compliance requirements
  • Drive quality control across offer design, pricing accuracy, and execution readiness
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and lead resolution across teams
