Lead Project Engineer
About The Position
As a Lead Project Engineer, you will be part of our Engine Controls team driving programmatic and technical excellence for our New Product Development (NPD) Programs for the Engine and Fluid Controls portfolio within the Controls Systems SBU. You will be integral in the leadership of New Product and New Business Development for pneumatic mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies spanning Engine Control, Air and Thermal Valves, and Air Turbine Start Systems leveraged across commercial and defense platforms. You will be involved as a project, product, or system engineering leader for NPD product life cycle, from the planning and concept phases through equipment or system verification and early production support.
Requirements
- Leadership in New Product Development (NPD) Programs.
- Experience with Engine and Fluid Controls portfolio within Controls Systems SBU.
- Expertise in pneumatic mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies.
- Knowledge of Engine Control, Air and Thermal Valves, and Air Turbine Start Systems.
- Experience with commercial and defense platforms.
- Involvement in NPD product life cycle, from planning and concept phases through equipment or system verification and early production support.
