About The Position

Boeing, Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking a motivated, talented Lead Project Data Analytics Management Specialist to join the Precision Engagement Systems (PES) team. This role is a 50/50 split between Program Management and Data Analytics. The program management aspect involves leading workforce/resource planning and program facilitation. The data analytics aspect involves building analytics, automated ETL, and leadership dashboards to enable data-driven engineering decisions. Hands-on work with Power BI/Power Query, SQL, and scripting (Python/R) is required. This role serves as a key process facilitator and data analytics expert supporting engineering workforce staffing, resource planning, and other critical engineering functions. While this position works closely with engineers and senior engineering leadership, it does not require an engineering degree or technical engineering experience. Instead, the successful candidate will excel at facilitating engineering processes, driving process improvements, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis and automation. A strong passion for people’s development and engagement is essential. In this role, you will collaborate with functional engineering partners, engineering leaders, and teams from Government Operations, Legal, Human Resources, and Finance to ensure staffing processes, development resources, manager tools, and engagement materials align with Boeing’s Engineering mission.
