The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) is a highly visible, mission‑critical leadership role within the Magnetic Resonance (MR)’s Program Management and Integration Office (PMO). The LPI owns end‑to‑end leadership of the New Product Introduction (NPI) development process, driving day‑to‑day execution while establishing the planning rigor, governance, and controls required to successfully deliver complex programs. This role is accountable for defining and executing product cost and quality targets that ensure delivery of the full business case. Leading a highly cross‑functional team, the LPI integrates engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and service to deliver products that meet performance, safety, reliability, and compliance requirements—while ensuring manufacturability and serviceability at launch. The LPI is the integrator, decision‑maker, and execution leader who turns strategy into results. The LPI will also lead strategic work not directly tied to traditional NPI, including M&A integration activities. This includes planning and coordinating software integration efforts, supporting delivery across the software lifecycle, and partnering with software subject matter experts to assess solution quality, maturity, and readiness.
