The US Sales team is responsible for unlocking and delivering growth for the enterprise by running day-to-day operations in local markets, delivering central services to support go-to-market and centrally managing B2B and order management processes. We’re looking for an Account Executive (Lead Professional, Account Management) to join the Converse Global Growth team We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth. This role requires you to build strong client relationships, understand customer needs in local markets, and deliver results. You will report to the Sr Director, Partner Management within the Global Growth team. This role will collaborate with cross-functional internal partners on Planning, Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution. This position is based in the Converse NYC HQ or Converse Boston HQ and partners regularly with accounts across the East coast.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the Inspire/NBHD account channel
  • Solid understanding of Sales & Retail KPIs
  • Expert understanding of Inspire/Boutique/NBHD retail and the sneaker community required
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once and ability to manage through ambiguity in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence across diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the day-to-day operations for the assigned accounts while driving marketplace management and refining processes for efficiency
  • Deliver seasonal commercial targets and identify incremental growth opportunities
  • Execute seasonal MAPS and franchise management to deliver commercial outcomes
  • Be a marketplace expert, stay informed of industry trends, competitors, local market conditions, lead cross-functional market travel and consumer engagement trips
  • Prepare and deliver KAPM presentations, pitchbacks, recaps, and follow-up actions
  • Own marketplace distribution strategy; ensure launches and key stories land with impact
  • Analyze financial data to optimize assortments and maximize profitability
  • Provide marketplace selling, insights and rapid response for ad hoc needs (quick strikes, fire drills)
  • Prepare and present Inspire marketplace and consumer trend reports/recaps with quantified content and data sources from account partners
