The Lead Production Associate serves as a liaison between the Shift Supervisor and the assembly line staff in a fast-paced, order fulfillment environment. Key responsibilities include training and coaching production associates, monitoring line efficiency through paperwork, and escalating issues to supervision. This role is also crucial for maintaining a safe and clean working environment for the team.

Assist Production Manager with responsibilities including, but not limited to;
Supervision of facility and facility staff
Execution of production plan and assignments
Track production metrics
Maintain/improve the condition of production equipment and facility
Organize and track inventory using a systematic process
Responsible for overseeing an effective quality system with adherence to GMP standards
Organize and track all quality information in a clear and timely manner
Work to improve quality standards in the production facility
Implement and enforce safety guidelines
Provide and document proper training for production staff
Recommend methods to improve production and quality of production facility
