Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years related experience, Heat Exchanger industry preferred
Certified to operate crane and manlifts or ability to obtain certifications
Detail oriented
Self-motivated
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Ability to frequent, reach, lift, sit, stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, squat, bend, and balance,
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Able to excel working on a team

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
Assigning tasks to team members and giving them specific directions and procedures to follow in carrying out assigned tasks.
Coaching and instructing employees to achieve the right performance of assigned tasks.
Training, teaching, and coaching workmanship quality on all work that is completed.
Provides constructive and timely performance information to the Supervisor.
Identify issues, problems, and solutions in areas of safety, quality, and production
Work safely and look out for the safety of the team
Keep a clean and hazard free workspace
Follow JSA, work instructions, and use identified PPE
Identify any defective items and handle them accordingly
Use reason to solve problems
Performs other related duties as assigned.
