About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. This individual will be responsible for supporting daily operations, assisting with workflow coordination, and helping ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Responsibilities
- Lead and support production team members throughout the shift
- Assist with assigning tasks and monitoring workflow
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are achieved
- Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with training and mentoring new employees
