As a Lead Product Technology, your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: As a Lead Product Technologist, you’ll help coordinate delivery and manage the portfolio of Headquarters AI transformation initiatives within the Mass Markets AI program—keeping cross-functional teams aligned and ensuring work progresses smoothly from concept through launch and scale. You’ll operate at the intersection of business priorities and technology execution, partnering with transformation leads and delivery partners to ensure the portfolio reflects the latest milestones, plans, and delivery expectations. While you won’t directly own day-to-day delivery management, you will help maintain portfolio alignment across workstreams by tracking dependencies, surfacing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed as priorities evolve. You’ll provide portfolio-level visibility by tracking delivery progress and benefits/status across initiatives, coordinating with benefits and measurement teams to ensure timelines, milestones, and reporting are aligned throughout discovery, build, launch, and scaling. You’ll also support backlog management and prioritization across the portfolio, helping keep work sequenced appropriately and aligned to program goals. In addition, you’ll lead the preparation of executive and stakeholder communications—developing concise updates, status readouts, and narrative summaries that clearly articulate progress, outcomes, risks, and next steps across the portfolio. Success in this role requires strong portfolio coordination and execution skills, technical fluency, crisp stakeholder communication, and the ability to keep multiple concurrent initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Define strategy, technical roadmap, and business cases for rapid delivery of new applications and enhancements.
  • Customer Advocacy and Expertise: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on marketing technology platforms, CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications.
  • Technical Project Leadership: Lead technical projects including planning, execution, use of standard tools, Generative AI technology assessments, and measurement of outcomes.
  • Development and Testing: Define requirements and document business benefit, highlighting quantitative and qualitative value.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to frontline teams, manage system settings, and plan and execute quality assurance.
