Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant and progressively responsible experience, including ownership of complex or high-profile initiatives from definition through measurable results.
  • Experience in consulting; business, strategy, product, or revenue operations; or a related strategy and operations function.
  • Meaningful experience in a software or technology environment, ideally partnering closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy, anticipates risks, resolves escalated issues, and remains accountable for outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Moves comfortably between defining strategy and advancing the critical details required for successful execution.
  • Navigates organizational change with resilience, builds support for new approaches, and aligns stakeholders with differing priorities.
  • Serves as a trusted subject-matter resource and raises team effectiveness by sharing expertise, providing feedback, and coaching junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Queries and synthesizes complex data, builds scalable reporting and dashboards, and translates findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Designs and improves scalable, cross-functional processes and operating models, driving alignment and adoption across teams.
  • Evaluates, implements, and optimizes product-management systems, including roadmapping, analytics, and project-management platforms.
  • Independently turns complex, ambiguous problems into clear strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, exercising sound judgment with limited precedent.
  • Leads analyses such as competitive research, pricing, customer segmentation, and opportunity assessment to inform product and business decisions.
  • Builds trusted relationships with senior and cross-functional stakeholders, resolves competing priorities, and generates buy-in without formal authority.
  • Communicates complex ideas clearly and persuasively, producing concise, decision-oriented materials for senior audiences.
  • Strong understanding of product management and the software development lifecycle, with the credibility to advise product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
