About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Design, develop, and implement launch strategies and marketing programs to effectively position products and services within the AT&T portfolio, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. What you’ll do Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Conduct and Analyze Investigative Studies: Manage comprehensive studies to evaluate market share, effectiveness of current marketing and sales programs, and the feasibility of new products. Utilize statistical tools to interpret data, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Develop and Present Research Findings: Create detailed reports summarizing research outcomes and present these findings to marketing management and other stakeholders, utilizing clear visual aids to facilitate understanding and decision-making. Facilitate Effective Marketing Plans: Collaborate with marketing management to develop and refine marketing plans and programs based on research insights, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market opportunities. Consult on Marketing Opportunities: Provide expert consultation at all levels of marketing to identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities and assess departmental improvements for enhanced marketing information and effectiveness. Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as needed, such as continuous monitoring of market trends, secondary data analysis, customer segmentation, journey mapping, and any other duties to support the marketing and research functions. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. Requirements
