This role will translate complex technical differentiators into compelling customer-focused narratives across the entire sales funnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in device intelligence products, fraud prevention, or a hybrid product/GTM role within a startup environment. The position involves working closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to build thought leadership, create impactful campaigns, and enable the sales team for competitive evaluations.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in technical product marketing, product management, sales engineering, or a related GTM role in B2B SaaS.
  • Direct exposure to device intelligence and fraud prevention.
  • Deep familiarity with the device intelligence landscape, including technical aspects of fingerprinting, provider differentiation, and customer evaluation processes in competitive POCs.
  • Technical credibility with engineers, capable of engaging in discussions about SDK architecture, browser entropy, fingerprint persistence, latency optimization, and bot detection methodology.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for sales collateral, competitive positioning, thought leadership, and demos.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently, take ownership, and build new programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or marketing device intelligence products.
  • Experience as a sales engineer or product manager in the device intelligence space.
  • Experience from a fraud prevention startup where multiple hats were worn across product and GTM.

Responsibilities

  • Define and sharpen technical differentiators for Device Intelligence products, including SDK performance, fingerprint persistence, bot detection, behavioral signals, and network fingerprinting.
  • Own the competitive narrative for device intelligence solutions, developing technical comparisons, differentiation frameworks, and objection-handling guidance.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets such as battlecards, demo environments, POC frameworks, and competitive one-pagers.
  • Enable the sales team to effectively handle technical conversations regarding SDK integration, performance benchmarks, and architecture.
  • Systematize the capture and distribution of technical insights from competitive Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy to establish SEON as an authority in device intelligence through original research, technical deep-dives, and industry perspectives.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to integrate device intelligence messaging and verticalized use cases into campaigns and content.
  • Potentially serve as an external evangelist at industry events and in analyst conversations.
  • Provide competitive and field intelligence to the product team to inform roadmap priorities for Device Intelligence.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and enablement for new device intelligence capabilities.
