About The Position

We believe in exploring potential and obliterating the boundaries of what apparel can achieve. We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team for a high-impact leave coverage role. This position is for a creative visionary who can bridge the gap between technical innovation and cultural relevance, ensuring that every garment is as functional as it is inspiring.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a professional apparel design role.
• Expert-level knowledge of apparel construction, tailoring, and graphic application for performance-driven products.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to translate complex design concepts into clear, focused narratives for cross-functional leadership.
• Skilled at physical sample mock-ups and high-fidelity digital rendering.
• A passion for visual culture and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to work efficiently and autonomously while remaining an integral part of a larger team.

Nice To Haves

• Background in technical performance gear.
• Familiarity with CLO 3D or Vizcom.
• Performance/Sport industry experience is a significant plus.
• Degree in Apparel Design or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience and training will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Guiding the creative process through the design season, ensuring products meet technical standards, cost requirements, and deadlines.
• Creating a range of products from technical base layers to outerwear across multiple categories.
• Reviewing prototypes and managing revisions to ensure elite craftsmanship and fit.
• Developing and presenting seasonal design concepts that align with long-term brand strategy.
• Working lockstep with developers, product managers, and innovation teams to bring complex ideas to life.
