Eaton's Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division is currently seeking a Lead Product Certification Engineer. This role follows a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). In-office presence is required based on business and work needs. Remote flexibility is provided to support productivity, but employees should expect to be on-site as necessary to meet team and project requirements. Relocation assistance is available within the US to Raleigh, NC. The Lead Compliance Engineer defines and manages technical and regulatory requirements for static transfer switches, power distribution units, remote power panels, and other data center power equipment. This role ensures compliance with regional standards, guides design teams through requirements, supports validation and certification testing, and maintains regulatory compliance with evolving safety and environmental requirements. Eaton’s Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division develops and supports UPS systems, batteries, and power management solutions that ensure reliable power for mission-critical applications.
