Performs post-closing, escrow and/or title functions and other related functions to assist agency operations in servicing clientele.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of directly related experience and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Exercise’s confidence, sound judgment and independent decision-making skills
  • Ability to understand and execute policy and procedures
  • Emerging leader skills
  • Establishes effective working relationships at the department level
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates selected for employment will be required to successfully complete a background check, credit check and drug screening as a condition of employment, where permitted by applicable law.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the team’s resource and subject matter expert to answer questions and create resolutions using experience, best practices, and sound judgment
  • Prepare files
  • Review and audit documents for compliance and accuracy
  • Ensure that files are complete and obtain missing documents
  • Track status
  • Prepare policies
  • Document recordings
  • Prepare escrow disbursements
  • Assists in scheduling and coordinating team activities
  • May provide input into hiring and performance process, but does not make hiring decisions or conduct performance evaluations
  • Troubleshoots and guides others on wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad application and functional expertise
