The Lead Processing Worker will be responsible for sorting, grading, and pricing donated products using store guidelines and computer-generated ticketing software. This role involves providing and coaching for excellent customer service, working with the store manager to identify and meet product-related needs, and serving as manager on duty as needed. The position also requires working alongside teams to meet store goals, assisting with the training and development of new employees, and completing cleaning tasks as needed. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work site, and answering the phone with courtesy and respect are also key duties.
