About The Position

Ensure personal safety and the safety of fellow employees. Ensure proper set up of printers and case packers. Ensure proper production rates with minimal scrap. Supply and stir ink as necessary. Monitor and ensure print quality. Wash blankets and plates as necessary. Ensure all color heads not in use are cleaned and ready for the next production run. Maintain your section in a clean orderly fashion. Ensure printing plates are cleaned after each use and returned to proper location. Monitor the production schedule for special instructions. Perform plate changes, size changes. Required to fill out daily checklist, trend board, first piece inspection, and WebEFF paperwork. Provide leadership and direction to other print techs. Maintain a professional, motivated, and positive working environment. Train new printing technicians. Complete assigned tasks as required by management.
